Toothbrush 101!! A question that I get quite often is; What is the best way to clean my toothbrush? The answer is; The oral cavity is home to many different types of bacteria which can be transferred to a toothbrush during use. After brushing your teeth, you should rinse your toothbrush thoroughly to remove all remaining toothpaste and debris. Soaking your toothbrush in an antibacterial mouth rinse has been shown to decrease the level of bacteria that grow on toothbrushes.
