What is One of the Worse Dental Habits?

One of the worse dental habits you can do is clenching and grinding of your teeth. So many problems arise from this habit. Gum recession, broken teeth, TMJ pain, headaches, migraines, spacing between teeth and periodontal problems are to name a few. The problem is, this habit can not be permanently stopped.
