Our office is open Tuesday through Friday from 7:15am-5pm. We are located at 6200 E. Canyon Rim Road Suite 210E Anaheim Hills, CA 92807 (click our address for map and directions).

Insurance and Billing
We accept most all traditional indemnity insurance plans and HMO/ PPO insurance plans that have “Out of Network” benefits.
There is a misconception that if you have PPO insurance you must choose a dentist from a List of Providers. Often times this is not true. As long as you have out of network benefits you can go to a dentist of your choice.
We have also encountered another misconception that going to a dentist not on your List of Providers will be much more expensive. In many situations, this is simply not true. In many instances, patients in our office have found in network and out of network benefits to be nearly the same.
If you have concerns regarding your insurance benefits, our recommendation is to call our office and give Marla the name of your insurance company and your subscriber ID number. As a courtesy, Marla can call your insurance company and check to see how your insurance benefits will apply to our office. In this way, we will already know your insurance benefits before you arrive for your first appointment.
We also offer Pre-Payment discounts, many flexible payment plans and participate in Care Credit payment plans. Please talk with Marla for details. In addition, we are happy to file and track insurance claims for you at no additional charge.
Our Office
We work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.
